Advanced training course for teaching staff on the topic “STEM technologies in modern education” by PhD Ibraeva M.M.

On January 15 of this year, the Institute of Continuing Education launched a refresher course for the teaching staff of Yessenov University on the topic “STEM technologies in modern education”. The course is taught by Associate Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences, PhD Ibraeva Manshuk Muratovna, who has extensive experience in research and management activities, based on the author’s program for the development of STEM technologies (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

The aim of the course is to develop fundamental knowledge and practical skills in the field of STEM, which are the key to success in the modern technological world. During the course, students will get acquainted with a lot of knowledge designed to bring theory and practice closer together, ensure the development of competencies, train high-level specialists, and stimulate scientific research in education. During the course, students will be introduced to a wide range of topics, including STEM education and STEM technology engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, scientific research and technological innovation. The course includes both theoretical training and practical exercises using modern equipment and development tools. One of the main goals of the educational program is that the applicant acquires knowledge on the development of critical thinking and a creative approach to solving problematic situations and tasks, independent search, information analysis, decision-making, teamwork, and the formation of effective communication skills.

Upon completion of the course, students who have successfully mastered the curriculum and passed the final certification are issued certificates of advanced training.
