CSR YU's Mission:

The center, which is being created at the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. CSR YU shares the mission of the University: to teach, inspire and promote research for the sustainable development of the Mangystau region, through innovative sociological research.

CSR YU's Vision:

The leading center for the study of public opinion in the Mangystau region, which has a high reputation and recognition.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF CSR YU

The main purpose of CSR YU

The main purpose of CSR YU is to carry out fundamental and applied research works that are relevant and of practical importance in the context of the implementation of innovative educational strategies of Yesenov University.

The main tasks of CSR YU

  • – sociological support of activities carried out at the university in the field of quality management of educational services;

     

  • – monitoring the assessment of the quality of educational services (at the level of evaluative judgments of students, staff and teaching staff of Yesenov University);

     

  • – research on the problems of spiritual and moral education of students, their value orientations and life strategies;

     

  • – provision of research, expert and consulting services to external customers on a contractual basis;

     

  • – development of joint research projects with leading centers for the study of public opinion, other research organizations in the country and abroad;

The main functions of CSR YU

  • – social function (development of the center’s work strategy related to solving the tasks facing Yessenov University, as well as aimed at studying the problems of the Mangystau region);

     

  • – scientific and educational function (development of scientific and methodological materials; creation of an electronic database based on the results of sociological research; development of projects of sociological research);

     

  • – research function (development and conduct of sociological research, provision of consulting services).
