Differentiation and inclusion in education

Based on the order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 4 dated January 5, 2024 “On approval of qualification requirements for educational activities of organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education and a list of documents confirming compliance with them” (Paragraph 6.3 “availability of specialists, On January 29, 2024, the Institute of Continuing Education organized a refresher course on the topic “Differentiation and inclusion in education” for the teaching staff of the university.

The teaching staff participated in the training conducted in order to provide ways to solve the obstacles and difficulties faced by the teacher when working in an inclusive education environment.

The course coach – senior lecturer of the Department of “Methods of Teaching Natural Sciences and Humanities” of the Institute of Professional Development in the Mangystau region of the branch of JSC “National Center for Advanced Training “Orleu” Sakharbayeva M.A. noted the importance of knowing the peculiarities of psychophysiological and personal development of students with special educational needs in an inclusive educational environment; mastering the methods of their education and training, pedagogical and didactic design of the educational process.

During the course, the students-teachers asked questions, discussed current topics and shared their experiences. In the future, it is planned to conduct training courses in stages in order to implement the order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
