Independent assessment of educational programs

Dear educators and students,

The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken,” in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted an independent evaluation of educational programs in the country’s universities.

The assessment considered 19 criteria, with key factors including:
– Graduates’ employment rates
– Average salary of graduates
– Accreditation of educational programs
– Competence of teaching staff
– Relevance of educational programs

In the Atameken-2022 rating, one educational program ranked in the TOP 3. In the Atameken-2023 rating, three programs achieved TOP 3 positions:
* Mathematics – 2nd place
* Oil and gas business – 2nd place
* Mechanical engineering – 2nd place

Compared to 2022, 9 Yessenov University programs reached the TOP 10, and by 2023, 14 programs from our university made it to the TOP 10.

Additionally, eight YU educational programs significantly improved their positions compared to the previous year.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the dedicated faculty, staff, and students of Yessenov University for the commendable results in the assessment conducted by the Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” with employer involvement.
