Within the framework of the Uxiship project, a Marathon of student startup projects within the framework of the Entrepreneurship course has been launched on the basis of the Entrepreneurship Center

Since the beginning of 2022, within the framework of the Uxiship project, a Marathon of student startup projects within the framework of the Entrepreneurship course has been launched on the basis of the Entrepreneurship Center.

     The goal of the Marathon is the development of student initiatives through project activities and assistance in promoting youth entrepreneurship. Within the framework of this marathon, various courses, lectures, incubation programs were organized for student participants. 72 projects with teams, more than 200 students participated in the marathon.

    On May 14, 2022, within the framework of the annual festival “Yessenov Fest 2022”, the Caspian Entrepreneurship Center of YESSENOV UNIVERSITY organized an exhibition – fair of student business projects “Yessenov Startup marathon – 2022”. Students, having studied the course “Entrepreneurship”, thanks to mentors- teachers of the Department of Economics of the Faculty of Business and Law and business coaches demonstrated interesting, socially significant and innovative projects!

     Invited juries from among businessmen of Aktau City Council of Entrepreneurs (Ikayeva Zalina, Bisen Arman), business coaches (Kuanysh Mustafin, Aitkali Aibolat, Marzhan Naizabekovna, Murtabek Konzhanov, Tusipbekova Sholpan) and expert (Ilkin Orujov)highly appreciated the preparation of students and identified the winners of the Marathon:
1st place – Kayyr Yerkebulan, “Danalykka kilt” project (visual library), Faculty of “Science and Technology”
2nd place – Utebai Oralbai, Bekkali Nurbek, Khabiev Miras, Kairsapaev Yerzhan, Meymanbayev Alibek Tsai Vladislav, Aktanov Bekzhan, Dzhumakulova Saltanat project “SPOOKY WEB (school of programming)”, Faculty of “Science and Technology”
3rd place – Okonta Ikehyukvyu Samson, Oyimiwe Hibuzor Collins, Mirzagaliyev Nursultan project “African restaurant”, Faculty of Science and Technology and Faculty of Tourism and Languages
