Caspian Entrepreneurship Center Yessenov University participated in the international Triple E Awards Entrepreneurship and Engagement Excellence Awards in Higher education (Award for excellence in entrepreneurship and engagement in higher education), held in Kochi, India.
According to the results of the competition, which was attended by more than 200 universities from 30 countries of the Asia-Pacific regions, Yessenov University entered the top 5 finalists in the international category “Innovation and Collaboration Space of the Year” , and took 1st place in the category “Community Engagement Initiative of the Year” for its initiative in teaching entrepreneurship for society in Kazakhstan.
Yessenov University Vice-rector for research and internationalization Yermek talantovich Nurmaganbet also held talks with several universities during the conference: University of Wisconsin – Parkside (USA), Management and Science University (Malaysia) and Mahatma Gandhi University (India) on joint development of science and education.
About 2,000 students from India have expressed a desire to come and study at Yessenov University.
