From February 10 to February 24, 2025, the Institute of Continuing Education hosted advanced training courses on the topic “Technological Educational Games and Simulations: New Approaches to Learning” for the teaching staff. More than 20 participants, including faculty members from the departments of World Languages, Kazakh Philosophy, History, and others, took part in the training. Associate Professor of the Department of World Languages (Docent), PhD in Philology Saniya Ishanovna Konysbayeva introduced the participants to the content of new teaching methods utilizing modern technologies.
The course participants explored the use of virtual reality and artificial intelligence for interactive learning, as well as the advantages of technological educational games and simulations, including increased motivation, engagement, acquisition of practical skills, and adaptation to various learning styles. Detailed discussions were held on methods for implementing changes in the educational process.
The participants developed skills in using digital and board games to enhance critical thinking, logic, and creativity.
Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of completion in the prescribed format.
