Cognitive (A2) Defines and analyzes the patterns of development of society, philosophical and legal knowledge, especially the formation of socio-ethnic and cultural development. Explains (interprets) the patterns of personality formation in the process of education and training, as well as the mechanisms of the process of assimilation of knowledge, the development of abilities, taking into account its individual psychological characteristics. He works in a team, tolerantly perceiving social, ethnic, confessional and cultural differences, and also uses the basics of legal knowledge in various fields of activity; demonstrates the ability to self-organization and self-education. Functional (B1) Uses professional knowledge in the fields of economics, finance and credit, jurisprudence, accounting and control, business analysis, statistics, legal foundations of entrepreneurship and commerce, audit, securities market, marketing and management, economic and mathematical modeling, special financial -credit and legal disciplines. Systemic (C2) Offers methods and tools for coordinating the activities of performers using methodological tools for the implementation of managerial decisions in the field of functional management to achieve high consistency in the implementation of specific projects and works, compiles analytical materials for evaluating measures in the field of economic policy and making strategic decisions on micro and macro level. Socio-communicative (D) Monitors the implementation of business plans and the terms of agreements, contracts and contracts, coordinates the activities of performers with the help of methodological tools for the implementation of management decisions in the field of functional management to achieve high consistency in the implementation of specific projects and works with the skills of making optimal decisions.
