Basketball

Basketball is an intense sports game that requires dexterity. Two teams of five players will take part. The aim of the game is to shoot the ball into the opponent’s ring and score points. Players may shoot the ball, make passes, roll or hit the ground often. The amount of stress on the student body is at an average level. Movement is more stressful on the body – running is used less often. Basketball helps to develop the reaction speed, agility, endurance, strengthens the respiratory cardiovascular, muscular system, gets rid of mental fatigue.
