On March 4, 2024, in order to exchange views and experiences, INO organized meetings of speakers of Nazarbayev University with the faculty and students of Yesenov University.
Experts in education of international scale held guest lectures on the topics: “What is mathematics”, “International experience of admission of applicants”, “Study of unconventional deposits of rare earth elements (REE) in coal”, “Policy of preservation and creation of the history of the Soviet past in Kazakhstan after 1991”.
The discussion of topical issues of the development of the education system was attended by employees of the structural divisions “International Department”, “Reception Office”, the Kazakh-German Institute, the Maritime Academy, as well as teachers and students of the departments “History”, “Ecology and Geology” and “Natural Sciences”.
At each guest lecture on the exchange of experience, highly qualified speakers shared their applied knowledge with colleagues, talked about the transformation processes and the work done at the university.
Teachers shared their opinions, and students actively participated in discussions. In general, the meetings were held in an atmosphere of lively communication and mutual interest.
The colleagues expressed their warm wishes for fruitful further cooperation between the universities.
