On April 16, Yessenov University hosted an international scientific conference dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fraga, under the theme “The Spiritual Legacy of Makhtumkuli: A Symbol of Friendship and Peace.”
As part of the conference, an exhibition featuring artworks from Turkmenistan, curated by the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan, was organized. The exhibition showcased various crafts of the Turkmen people, including jewelry, textiles, traditional attire, and renowned Turkmen carpets crafted by skilled artisans.
In his closing remarks at the International Scientific Conference, Berik Bakytzhanovich, President of Yessenov University, expressed gratitude to the conference participants and highlighted the event’s significant role in fostering stronger relations between the two countries.
