Volleyball is one of the great sports for introducing students to basic physical education and sports, active recreation and skill. Simple game tactics and lack of direct competition for the ball allows you to play volleyball on a mass scale. And the amount of strain on the body of volleyball players is at an average level. Movement has a stronger effect on the body – running is used less frequently. Playing volleyball helps to develop reaction speed, agility, endurance, strengthens the respiratory cardiovascular, muscular system, gets rid of mental fatigue.
