At the military department of Yessenov University, under the leadership of the deputy head of the military department, reserve colonel Nazhekenov S.K. there was a discussion and explanation of the annual Message of the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan: “Economic course of a fair Kazakhstan”
The meeting was attended by teaching staff and students of our department.
In the current Address, the President of the country spoke about the economy and social sphere. Separately, the Head of State dwelled on the issue of strengthening the military-industrial complex.
The President noted that our army must be provided with modern weapons and military equipment. The President of the country called the comprehensive strengthening of the military-industrial complex one of the important issues; in developed countries it plays a key role in ensuring national security. The Kazakh army must be provided with air defense equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles, reconnaissance systems, armored vehicles, small arms, modern precision weapons and ammunition, and establish factory repairs of weapons and military equipment.
The meeting participants asked specific questions, to which detailed answers were received. There was also an active exchange of views on various aspects of the high-quality implementation of the objectives of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
