Global Challenges and Legal Transformations

On 18 December, Yessenov University hosted an international scientific and practical conference titled “Global Challenges and Legal Transformations: Constitutionalism, Digitalization and Human Rights in the Era of Artificial Intelligence.”

The event was held as part of the celebrations marking the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was dedicated to discussing pressing issues of legal development and the protection of human rights in the context of digitalization and the rapid integration of artificial intelligence technologies.

The conference brought together a judge of the Constitutional Court, representatives of government bodies and law enforcement agencies, as well as leading scholars from Kazakhstan and abroad. The Vice President for Research and Development of Yessenov University, Askar Abiuly Seidaliev, delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the importance of strengthening legal culture and academic expertise amid global transformations.

The conference served as a platform for international scholarly dialogue aimed at advancing legal science, reflecting on the legal dimensions of digital transformation, and further reinforcing Yessenov University’s academic cooperation with its national and international partners.
