Yessenov University entered the TOP 300 in the Times Higher Education Impact 2024 ranking

On June 12, the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2024 published the results of the ranking of 1963 universities worldwide according to 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (17 SDGs). According to these results, Yessenov University has significantly improved its position among the world’s universities.

In THE Impact 2024, Yessenov University entered the TOP 300 for the main 3 SDGs:
SDG 12 – Responsible consumption and production
SDG 13 – Climate action
SDG 14 – Life below water
Also, in the TOP 400 for 4 SDGs:
SDG 2 – Zero hunger
SDG 6 – Clean water and sanitation
SDG 7 – Affordable and clean energy
SDG 9 – Industry, innovation, and infrastructure
Overall, for all 17 SDGs, YU indicators increased by an average of 72% compared to the previous year. As a result, the university is now ranked 1001+.

The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings is the only global scorecard that evaluates universities according to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (17 SDGs). These goals assess the university’s activities in research, management, teaching, international cooperation, promotion of best practices, and data publication.
