Professional Development Course on “Personal Development: Emotional Interaction, Psychological Immunity, and Stress Prevention”

From December 5 to December 19, 2025, the Institute of Continuing Education organized the course “Personal Development: Emotional Interaction, Psychological Immunity, and Stress Prevention,” delivered by Associate Professor of the Department of General Pedagogy, Faculty of Pedagogy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Almajay Kulzhankyzy Yegenissova.

The aim of the course was to help participants more deeply recognize and understand their own emotions, manage their feelings, and achieve inner resilience. Participants were able to reduce stress levels in everyday life, strengthen their psychological immunity, and build harmonious relationships with themselves and others.

This course focused on the development of personal self-awareness, the formation of skills for understanding, recognizing, and accepting emotions, as well as improving the ability to maintain inner balance and consciously work with one’s psycho-emotional state in daily life. The program comprehensively addressed the development of a culture of emotional interaction, the strengthening of psychological immunity, and the prevention of stressful situations.

During the course, participants engaged in practical tasks and exercises, as well as group and individual training sessions. The exercises were aimed at recognizing emotions, self-control, and managing stressful situations. The methods used included elements of Gestalt therapy, cognitive-structural approaches, psycho-emotional relaxation techniques, and reflective and interactive trainings. Through these methods, participants learned to understand and accept their emotions, consciously manage them, and maintain psychological stability and inner balance.

The course content is based on supporting personal development and integrates components of self-awareness, emotional literacy, and psychological resilience.
