It began its activities in 1998 with the launch of the first production line in Russia for the production of thermal insulation materials from extruded polystyrene foam under the PENOPLEX trademark.
In 2008, a plant for the production of extruded polystyrene was opened in Kazakhstan.
In laboratories (at all factories) the quality of products is controlled not only according to the methods of domestic GOST standards, but also according to European standards EN, DIN. Advantages of PENOPLEX Water absorption is the ability of a material or product to absorb and retain water in its pores and capillaries. Water absorption of a material depends on the structure of the material. Due to the closed cellular structure, PENOPLEX® slabs have virtually zero water absorption throughout the entire period of operation.
Thermal conductivity is the ability of a material to conduct heat flow. The calculated thermal conductivity coefficient (λA or λB) is selected depending on the operating conditions of the structure.
The durability of “PENOPLEX” is confirmed by the Conclusion of the Scientific Research Institute of Construction Physics (NIISF) at the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (RAASN).
