Extended Joint Meeting of KINI and DKU

On June 10, Yessenov University hosted an extended joint meeting of representatives from the Kazakh-German Institute of Sustainable Engineering (KINI), the Kazakh-German University in Almaty (DKU), and Yessenov University.

The meeting was chaired by the founders of KINI — President of Yessenov University Berik Akhmetov and President of DKU Wolrad Rommel.

The main topics discussed included the development of dual-degree programs at the bachelor’s and master’s levels, operational tasks and growth prospects for KINI, and strategic directions for expanding inter-university cooperation.

This meeting marked an important step towards strengthening academic partnerships and advancing innovative models of higher education.
