Representatives of “Dunga Operating” LLP Met with University Students

Employees of “Dunga Operating” LLP, Assel Tuleusheva (HR Business Partner), Stanislav Yugay (Head of Process Improvement at Dunga Operating), and Yerbol Orysbay (Process Improvement Specialist), held a meeting with third-year university students.

The main goal of the meeting was to provide students with comprehensive information about the labor market in the oil and gas industry, job opportunities, professional development paths, and internship procedures. The speakers presented insights into “Dunga Operating” company’s activities, requirements for young specialists, and career growth prospects, as well as answered participants’ questions.
