The economy is rapidly digitizing, and it seems that there are no areas left that have avoided this global trend. Among the leaders is the financial industry, which has long been implementing digitalization: online banking, scoring models for risk assessment, crowdfunding, robotic investment advisors – all this allows to improve service at the user level and spurs business to expand the competence of employees. Today’s world is unpredictable, and rising risks are forcing financiers to better predict and be more cautious in managing them, and businesses need their expertise and experience more than ever to remain resilient and competitive. Finance professionals can bring their competencies to bear on ideas and opportunities in a variety of business areas. There will also be an increasing value in business connections, the ability to bring measurable value to an organization, to work remotely with virtual teams in the current environment, and to navigate the rapidly changing business landscape. The educational program explores such areas as Islamic finance, financial technology (Fintech), capital markets, green finance, asset management and others. The aim of EP is to train specialists with professional competencies and entrepreneurial thinking, allowing them to work in the state, quasi-state and real sectors of the economy in the field of finance, ensuring their competitiveness in the labor market.
