The course is intended for teaching staff and administrative employees and is aimed at mastering modern approaches and tools of human resources management in higher education institutions. The course content covers strategic aspects of effective management, development, and retention of human capital, taking into account the specifics of the academic environment.
The course is delivered in English (translation into Kazakh is provided by the trainer).
