The program’s objective is to create conditions for continuous professional growth by providing educational support and establishing platforms for experience exchange.

These internal activities contribute to enhancing the overall educational potential of the university, which, in turn, facilitates the improvement of course quality for current educators.

The program includes master classes, seminars, and workshops on modern pedagogical technologies, digitalization of education, development of critical thinking, and inclusive education. Special emphasis is placed on sharing best practices, discussing pressing issues in the education system, and introducing new approaches to the learning process. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate on the development of new programs and receive individual consultations.

The Institute of Continuing Education notes that such courses foster the professional growth of educators, expand their competencies, and assist in adapting educational programs to contemporary requirements.

The program will conclude with presentations of projects focused on implementing innovative teaching methods.

The implementation of the summer school will not only enhance participants’ qualifications but also significantly improve the quality of education, making it more relevant, practice-oriented, and responsive to the challenges of our time. It is important for university educators to actively participate in the offered programs and to take initiative in seeking additional resources for self-development and professional growth.
