Scientific novelty:
The scientific novelty consists in the scientific substantiation of the prospect of using the technology of restoring the ridges of wheel pairs of rolling stock by electric arc melting under a layer of flux and the reduction of deformation of the fusible elements of Wagon Wheel pairs, based on scientific methods for determining the effect of molten material on tensile and compressive stresses on the molten coating.
