The answer to the application is sent to the student’s e-mail within three working days.
To obtain a referral for accommodation in a hostel, the following documents are submitted to the social Department (3rd floor, office A302:
1) Individual original document (for identification);
2) 3×4 Size Photo – 1 piece;
3) a copy of the receipts from which payments were made (accommodation fee and deposit);
4) certificate of sanitary examination (issued by the University Medical Office);
5) cover to which the document will be sewn -2 PCs.
Payments
Advance payments for accommodation in a hostel:
Accommodation fee immediately for 1 semester (September-January)
Deposit – the amount paid once (the amount of the guarantee of the safety of the hostel’s property).
THE ORDER OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOSTEL
1.the student must be located within three days from the date of receipt of the referral for accommodation in the hostel, otherwise the place will be reallocated to another student. 2. submits the following documents to the head of the hostel:
1) Individual original document (for identification);
2) referral;
3) a copy of the receipts from which payments were made (accommodation fee and deposit);
4) certificate of sanitary examination (issued by the University Medical Office);
The head of the hostel:1) accommodates the student in the room specified in the referral and issues the necessary equipment;2) draws up an act of acceptance of premises and equipment. The student bears material responsibility for the room and the equipment inside it, which he accepted in accordance with the” act of acceptance and transfer”, and passes everything in the form in which he received it at the exit.
