On April 16, Yessenov University hosted the forum “NextGen 2026: AI in Tourism.”
During the forum, the role of artificial intelligence in the tourism industry was extensively discussed. Today, AI is viewed not only as a technology but also as one of the key drivers of industry development. Particular attention was given to its potential for personalizing туристические services, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing management and analytical processes.
The event served as an effective platform for dialogue between representatives of academia, business, and education. Leading experts from the fields of tourism, hospitality, and IT shared practical insights, highlighted current challenges, and outlined перспективные направления развития отрасли. Representatives of regional travel agencies and the hospitality sector also took an active part in the forum.
In addition, a “Made in Mangystau” fair was organized as part of the event, showcasing souvenir products developed by the Yessenov University Technopark and students of the Tourism educational program.
