Nurmaganbet Yermek Talantuly

Yermek Nurmaganbet is a legal scholar. He earned a PhD in Jurisprudence in 2013, received the academic title of Associate Professor in Law in 2016, and completed an Executive MBA programme. From 2018 to 2021 he served as Vice-President for Research at Yessenov University. As Executive Vice-President, he now oversees the university's operations.

Kairbek Makulov is a specialist in information technologies and systems. Under the Bolashak programme he completed a research internship in information technology in Barcelona, Spain, and he has taken IT professional development courses in London, Lisbon, Barcelona and Saint Petersburg. His research focuses on improving information support for public administration in Kazakhstan. He is currently Vice-President for Academic Affairs at Yessenov University.

Makhanbet Yerzhan Taibagaruly

Yerzhan Makhanbet is a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and a Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in sambo. He began his career as a lecturer and deputy dean at Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, later serving as head of department and dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sports. From 2019 to 2024 he headed the Administrative Department of Yessenov University. He is the author of 92 scientific works, including 6 textbooks, and a member of the Eurasian Council of Sport Sciences. He is currently Vice-President for Student Affairs and Public Relations.
