Yermek Nurmaganbet is a legal scholar. He earned his PhD in Law in 2013, was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Law in 2016, and completed an Executive MBA program. From 2018 to 2021 he served as Vice-President for Research at Yessenov University. As Executive Vice-President, he led the university's operations.
