On April 28, 2026, at the Sh. Yessenov Caspian University of Technologies and Engineering, an open dialogue platform dedicated to improving anti-corruption policy was held at the initiative of the Mangystau Region Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.

The event was organized in connection with the completion of the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Policy Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022–2026 and the need to develop a new program document. The dialogue platform was conducted in the format of an open discussion with the participation of representatives of government agencies, the academic community, experts, and youth.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Department, Chairman of the Ethics Council, T. Zhumagulov, who highlighted the key results of the implementation of anti-corruption policy and outlined priority areas for future work. In his speech, he emphasized that only the joint efforts of the state and society can ensure the formation of an effective and sustainable anti-corruption system.

During the event, participants discussed issues related to improving corruption prevention mechanisms, increasing transparency and accountability in public service, developing the legal culture of youth, and expanding the use of digital tools. In addition, specific proposals and initiatives aimed at improving the content of the new program document were presented.

It was noted that all proposals voiced during the dialogue platform were documented and will be forwarded to the authorized bodies for further consideration. This, in turn, will make it possible to take public opinion into account in the formation of state policy.

Following the event, it was emphasized that meetings in this format contribute to strengthening trust between government bodies and civil society, developing the principles of openness, and implementing an effective anti-corruption policy.
