An explanatory meeting with students was held at Yessenov University with the participation of Deputy Akim of Mangystau Region, Abbat Urisbaev, and University President Berik Akhmetov.
The discussion focused on the significance of the national referendum scheduled for March 15, as well as the opportunities that the new Constitution offers to young people.
During the meeting, students were provided with a detailed overview of the key provisions of the draft Constitution. Particular attention was given to legal guarantees in the fields of education, science, and innovation, the expansion of opportunities for volunteer activities, and measures to support active youth participation in public life.
The event was conducted in an open dialogue format, allowing students to ask questions and receive clarifications on key aspects of the constitutional draft. The discussion also highlighted the importance of the state’s strategic focus on human capital development, science, and innovation.
