At Yessenov University, an event was held within the framework of the “Law and Order” initiative, aimed at preventing offenses among students. During the meeting, short films were screened, and the winners of the animation video competition were awarded.
The event was attended by Deputy Prosecutor of the Mangystau Region Samet Saken Ilyasovich and Senior Operative Officer of the Anti-Narcotics Department, Police Major Perdegul Temirkizy Kobeysinova.
As part of the program, students watched video works focused on promoting legal awareness and were introduced to конкурсные animation projects. The guests shared their views on youth education, respect for the law, and social responsibility.
According to the competition results, the winners were:
• Best Character Design – Mekhpara Kheydarova
• Best Interpretation of the Theme – Aselya Turtkulbayeva
• Best Screenplay – Dauletiyar Shikhiev
• Best Short Video – Sabina Turova
The winners were awarded diplomas and cash certificates, while the remaining participants received letters of appreciation from the Prosecutor’s Office of the Mangystau Region.
