Strengthening Cooperation in the Field of Information Security at Yessenov University
The Information Technology Department of Yessenov University, together with the Department of Cybersecurity and Cryptology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, is carrying out joint work in the field of information security and digital technologies.
The Department of Cybersecurity and Cryptology is focused on training highly qualified specialists who meet modern requirements. The department’s educational programs combine theory and practice, providing deep specialization in information security, cryptology, and cybersecurity.
The department offers educational programs at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. In particular, bachelor’s programs include Information Security Systems and Cryptology; master’s programs include Information Security Systems and Information Security Audit; and doctoral programs include Information Security Systems and Cryptology.
The Information Technology Department of Yessenov University, together with the department, is implementing joint projects aimed at experience exchange, improvement of digital infrastructure, development of research activities in cybersecurity, and enhancement of students’ practical skills.
This cooperation not only contributes to accelerating the university’s digital transformation, but also improves the professional level of future IT specialists and supports the development of the country’s information security sector.
