Akkenzheyeva, PhD in Engineering and Associate Professor of the Department of Geology and Petrochemical Engineering; and U.K. Yensegenova, PhD student, visited to the Institute of Combustion Problems (Almaty) from November 6 to 9, 2025, to exchange scientific and practical experience and conduct experiments with new equipment, specifically, an RTFOT furnace for studying bitumen wear.
During the internship, IR spectra of polymer waste were obtained and the physical and mechanical properties of primary and recycled polyethylene were determined.
