The League of Academic Integrity of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established in the summer of 2018, modeled after the Ivy League (USA), which unites eight of the best and oldest American universities and guarantees a high level of education.

The Council of the League of Academic Integrity, which includes representatives of leading Kazakhstani universities, has developed ten fundamental principles and standards of academic integrity.

Every year, the League evaluates the organization of the educational process in universities that are members of the association, as well as student learning outcomes, the quality and authenticity of published scientific works, and the compliance of university activities with the developed principles and standards.

Universities that are members of the Kazakhstani League apply international plagiarism prevention systems with mandatory verification of all written works of students and faculty members, as well as identify cases of corruption, analyze their causes, and take appropriate measures to eliminate them.

Students, researchers, and faculty members of the League member universities who encounter cases of academic dishonesty can report them on the League’s website (https://adaldyq.kz/). If violations of the principles of academic integrity are identified, a university may be excluded from the League.
