Continuous video surveillance across all floors and common areas. Recordings are stored and monitored.

Security personnel on duty from 23:00 to 07:00 to ensure order and resident safety at all times.

Furnished Rooms
All rooms include basic furniture and equipment. Inventory is documented on a formal acceptance act.

Wi-Fi available in common areas to support students’ academic and personal connectivity needs.

Dedicated social affairs office (Room A302, 3rd floor) handles applications, referrals, and resident welfare.
Application Process
How to Apply

Apply Online
Log in at id.yu.edu.kz, open Dormitory and click “Place an Order” in the Dormitory tab.

Complete the Form
Fill out Form 2 in full on the application page.

Attach Documents
Upload supporting documents confirming social status, if applicable.
04
Wait for Response
You will receive a decision at your university email within 3 working days.
05
Collect Referral
Visit the Social Office (A302, 3rd floor) with required documents to receive your dormitory referral.
06
Move In
Check in within 3 days of receiving the referral. Your room will be assigned and equipment issued.
