The safety of our students, staff, and visitors is our highest priority. Yessenov University operates a professional security system across the entire campus around the clock.

All buildings secured with electronic entry systems. Access granted via student and staff ID cards only.

CCTV Surveillance
HD cameras on every floor of every building and throughout the campus grounds. Recordings stored securely.

24/7 Security Guards
Trained security personnel on duty around the clock. Night patrol from 23:00 to 07:00 in all dormitory buildings.

Controlled Entry
All visitors must register at the main reception. Guest access is monitored and logged at all times.

Zero Tolerance for Violence
Any form of physical or verbal violence is strictly prohibited. Incidents are reported to university leadership and, where necessary, to police authorities.

Smoke-Free Campus
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and dormitory buildings. Designated outdoor areas are clearly marked.

Dormitory Security
Dormitory access is restricted to registered residents and approved guests. Night curfew rules apply between 23:00 and 07:00.

Students and staff are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or safety concerns directly to security or via the university’s emergency line.

Anti-Bullying & Harassment Policy

Yessenov University has a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, and discrimination of any kind. All reported incidents are investigated promptly and impartially. Students found in violation face disciplinary action up to and including expulsion.

How to report: Students and families can report incidents anonymously via email or in person at the Social Support Office (Room A302, 3rd Floor) or directly to university security.
