According to experts of the World Economic Forum in Davos on education systems and labor markets, by 2030, up to 75% of existing professions may disappear, 800 million jobs will be replaced by robots, and 5 million qualified jobs will be reduced. Every second profession will be automated. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the skills model in order to mitigate these risks.
