On March 20, Yessenov University hosted the opening of the modern fitness space YU Gym.
The new facility is equipped with professional-grade equipment and designed to accommodate various types of training. The cardio zone and strength machines enable effective workouts for all muscle groups, while advanced technologies ensure a comfortable and efficient training experience.
The complex also includes a 25-meter swimming pool, a hammam, as well as convenient locker rooms and shower facilities, creating a comprehensive environment for both exercise and recovery.
YU Gym is open not only to students and university staff, but also to residents of Aktau.
