Visitor Registration
All visitors to Yessenov University are required to register at the main reception. Here is what you need to know.
Registration Process

Arrive at the Main Entrance
Proceed to the main reception desk located at the university entrance. Security staff will greet you.

Present Your ID
Show a valid identity document (passport, national ID, or driver’s licence). Your details will be logged in the visitor register.

State Your Purpose
Indicate the reason for your visit and the person or department you are meeting. If pre-arranged, your host will be notified.

Receive Visitor Pass
You will be issued a visitor badge. Wear it visibly at all times while on campus premises.

Return Pass on Departure
Return your visitor badge at the reception when leaving. Your departure time will be recorded.
