On April 18, 2025, during his working visit to the Mangystau Region, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly Tokayev, paid an official visit to Yessenov University. These included the FabLab digital fabrication laboratory, the 01Edu programming school, the Huawei ICT Academy, and the Kazakh-German Institute for Sustainable Engineering (KINI). The President highly praised the university’s infrastructure, its startup-oriented environment, and its educational potential.
