The Institute of Continuing Education has launched a professional development course
“Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Technologies, Methodology, and Ethics” for university faculty members.

The course runs from February 2 to February 13, 2026. The course instructor is Rauf Shamsatdin oglu Gasanov, a visiting professor from Azerbaijan and a professor at the Department of International Relations.

The course focuses on the practical application of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process. Participants explore the use of AI in developing teaching and methodological materials, organizing assessments, and addressing issues of academic integrity and ethics.

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive certificates confirming the acquisition of modern competencies in applying AI in higher education.

The launch of the course with an international expert highlights the Institute of Continuing Education’s commitment to integrating global experience and modern digital solutions into the learning process.
