REAMED Partner Clinic

Official healthcare partner of Yessenov University

Yessenov University has a formal agreement with REAMED city clinic. All enrolled students are registered at REAMED and are entitled to receive a range of free medical services. Students simply need to present their student ID to access services.

For parents: If your student requires medical attention beyond first aid, the health centre will refer them to REAMED. You can contact the health centre directly for updates on your student’s health status.

Mental Health at Yessenov

We believe mental health is just as important as physical health. Yessenov University is committed to providing a supportive, compassionate environment for every student.

A Note for Families

University life is an exciting but challenging transition. Many students experience stress, anxiety, or periods of low mood — especially during exam periods or major life changes. You play a crucial role in recognising signs and encouraging your student to seek support.

If you are concerned about your student’s mental health, please do not hesitate to contact our social support office. We will always respond with care and confidentiality.

Individual counselling sessions available for students experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or personal difficulties. Strictly confidential.

Peer support groups and facilitated discussions on topics such as time management, exam stress, and adapting to university life.

Regular workshops covering mindfulness, stress reduction, healthy habits, and emotional resilience — open to all students.

The social affairs department provides welfare support, assistance for students from vulnerable backgrounds, and crisis referral services.

Sport, yoga, creative clubs, and cultural activities — all free and designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing.

If a student is in crisis, they can reach campus security and the health centre immediately. External emergency services are on speed dial.
